Two powerful men who represent the entertainment industry will work hand in hand.

Bae Yong Joon is a top Hallyu star and the real owner of a big entertainment company. Park Jin Young is a famous composer, producer, and singer. Two men have been working for the preparation of the drama “Dream High (Writer, Park Hye Ryeon and Producer, Lee Eung Bok)” for two years and will hold a press conference on December 27th before its airing.

Bae Yong Joon and Park Jin Young will introduce the drama in front of the media and broadcasters on that same day. It draws attention from broadcasters since it will be a good opportunity for them to listen to two persons’ point of views who are leading the entertainment industry, not only for the introduction of the drama.

Someone related to “Dream High” said, “They are the producers who find and train the stars and even drama has similar contents. They will explain the story of the drama and share their experiences in the real life.”

Park Jin Young was more active than Bae Yong Joon who almost didn’t make any appearances since MBC’s drama “TWSSG” in 2007. Officials related to the entertainment industry say that his appearance for the “Dream High” press conference is an “exceptional decision” because he didn’t hold a press conference before the broadcasting of his recent work, “TWSSG”.

Someone from his agency, Keyeast said that “On December 14th, he will attend the “Smile Project” at Tokyo Dome in Japan to help the children in Asia. He will start the preparation work for the press conference after he returns from Japan.”

“Dream High” will start its airing on January 3rd, 2011 as KBS 2TV Mon-Tue Drama and it will talk about the story of students who dream of becoming top stars at the Kirin Art School. New actor, Kim Soo Hyun and Taec Yeon of 2PM took main roles. Idol stars including the singer IU (who is a high school student), Eun Jeon of Tiera, and Suzy of Miss A will appear in it.

Along with them, Bae Yong Joon and Park Jin Young, who planned and produced the drama, will appear in it as the supporters who help the would-be stars

(Seoul = Yonhap News) Reporter Yoon Ko Eun = Hallyu star Bae Yong Joon will take “family pictures” with his fans.

On the 26th, Bae Yong Joon’s agent, Keyeast stated, “Bae Yong Joon has been showing his special love towards his fans for a long time and has decided to take family pictures with his fans. This project will start in Korea and Japan and later expand to all of Asia.”

This project will be proceeding under the name of “Family Photo Project – We Are a Family”, and the application will be accepted on a first come first serve basis through Bae Yong Joon’s home page in each country.

They plan to accept applications from the 26th to 30th in Korea and after the middle of next month in Japan.

Keyeast said, “We will disclose the selecting numbers later. First, we will decide the numbers of families in each country we are willing to take, and Bae Yong Joon will take pictures several times after the families are categorize by sizes for their “Family Pictures”.

Bae Yong Joon said through his agent, “I would like to have a family picture which each family should have. I want to do it because we are a family. I have dreamed about it only in my mind. Keyeast said, “It, a long project, will start from Korea and will be created with many Asian Families. We will try to make it project where they can connect and communicate with Bae Yong Joon on a personal level.”

Actor Bae Yong Joon had his first script reading and started his first acting activity in 3 years.

On the 21st, Bae Yong Joon participated in the script reading practice of KBS 2TV’s new Mon-Tue Mini Series “Dream High” (Writer, Park Hye Ryeon, Producer, Lee Eung Bok) which was held at some place in Seoul.

It was the breaking moment of the 3 year silence since MBC’s drama “TWSSG” since 2007. Someone of “Dream High” said, “Bae Yong Joon, producer and someone from the production company attended the script reading on that day. After the script reading, the detailed filming schedule was adjusted.”

Bae Yong Joon also visited the filming site of “Dream High” which was located in Taereung, Seoul on the 23rd. He visited the filming site for the first time to encourage actors and staff who were concentrating on the filming in the cold weather.

Bae Yong Joon took the role of Jeong Ha Myung, the chairman of the board of Kirin Art School, who trains the prospective stars. The same person above added, “He will be appearing as a guest star from the 1st episode to the 4rd episode. He will start the filming around early December.”

Kim Hyung Joong returned to MBC's "Mischievous Kiss", one year after "Boys over Flowers", but he received a poor review with disappointing one digit viewing rates. Expections were high because it was the first work since he moved to Bae Yong Joon's management company, Keyeast.

"When the viewing rate was low after the first episode aired, Yong Joon hyung sent me a text message saying, "it hit rock bottom, so I think it'll go up. Don't think about the viewing rates too much." I think it was a good experience because the rate continues to fluctuate. I learned how to cope with difficulties and I experienced that "When God closes one door, He opens another.". I hoped that it would be recognized in foreign contries some day, if not in Korea. I don't want to regret it."

Bae Yong Joon is a great senior for him, like a role model, and they have very good chemistry between them.

"There were plenty of rumors after my contract with DST Entertainment ended. Actually, I wanted to go to Yong Joon hyong's management compnay, but I couldn't speak to him frankly. One day, I talked to him about my problem with the management company. He said that He wanted to meet me to introduce me to the owner of his management company. And the CEO came with the contract. I saw Bae Yong Joon with his manager and coordinator before.
I saw him from a distance, and I noticed that he was taking very good care of his manager and coordinator.

His coordinator had to wait over 10 minutes to have ice cream.
Bae Yong Joon and his manager waited for her outside.
He was wearing a suit and had to stay in the hot sun.

His coordinator made him wait over 10 minutes and left after she finished her ice cream.
And then, Bae Yong Joon asked me and my friend where the Cold Stone is located because his manager wanted to eat there.
We answered that it was about 20 minutes away in walking distance and he was going to head over there right away by saying, “It’s not far.”

But his manager said “It’s okay. It’s okay.” And they left to eat a meal.
What I realized at that time was that he treated his manager very nicely, his coordinator had whatever she wanted to eat and she also browsed around without being conscious of him.

I don’t know his past, but from that incident, I think he is a gentleman.

Hyun Bin and Yoon Sang Hyun's house, which is appearing in SBS's weekend drama, "Secret Garden". is bringing a lot of attention from everyone. There are continous inquiries about its location.

On the 22nd, someone related to SBS said, "We're getting more and more inquires regarding Hyun Bin and Yoon Sang Hyun's house which is appearing in the drama. The whole view of the house appeared in the first episode. It looks like the neatly-arranged lawn and elegant pond brought lots of attention. The reasons that we selected this house for the show are its exterior looks like the the park, and the interior of the house creates a moden atmosphere. Those reasons matched with the characteristics of the house that the production team was looking for."

Hyun Bin and Yoon Sang Hyun's house and training room are located in The Maiim Vision Village in Yeonju, Gyeonggi-do. It is the training institute of the company, Maiim which is a cosmetic and health food business. It is the environmentally friendly park which utilizes every space with flowers and trees effectively. It looks like a picture. It can be used in various ways because it is equipped with a restaurant, lodges, walkway, pool, and even an outside music permance hall. It brought lots of attention because it appeared as Bae Yong Joon's vacation home in the drama, "Winter Sonata". They are getting continuous requests for the drama and CF filming sites.

The public access is controlled because it is used as a training institude. Currently, the production team of "Secret Garden" set up the camp. It is the most important setting in the drama; the camp is the main setting for the drama.

The director of Hwaandam, the production company of "Secret Garden", Baek Hye Joo explained, "We were introduced by the producer Shin Woo Chul's acquaintance. The filming was possible due to the company's optimism and their interest in culture and entertainment. We are using the existing spaces where Hyun Bin and Yoon Sang Hun appear. The constructed filming sets were supported by the Maiim Vision Village and it seems as if the production costs have greatly decreased due to our decision to set the story there."
